Nightgown

For a long time I have been searching for a simple nursing nightgown pattern that has a zipper in the middle. I couldn't find any pattern I liked so I took an old nightgown and used it as a template to sew my own.

The fabric is a cotton fabric that I got from Walmart on sale. The design on the yolk is the "asterisk" decorative stitch. I did not know how to sew a placket to hide the zipper, but I figured something on my own and did it. Here is the finished product.
